We currently do not buy properties with 5+ units or any type of commercial. For mobile homes, the land must be owned.

Although we buy at any price point, most of our properties tend to be in the $100K–$700K price range.

Once we begin the paperwork, we send it over to our title company immediately and deposit our earnest money within 24 hours. We then will need to view the property 1–3 times or so before closing. On closing day, you may sign electronically or we can send a mobile notary to you. Funds are typically received the day of close or the following morning.
